About This Site

AgriculturalDroneSpraying.com is run by MRKT Domains, a domain and website investment firm that builds evidence-first buying guides for the gear people actually shop for. We build the guide we wish existed when we started researching a category, then we keep it honest.

This site exists because agricultural spray drones are sold in a confusing way. The same search term returns a $3,000 import and a $40,000 dealer machine as if they were the same product. Marketplace listings hide prices, copy specs, and file heavy aircraft under Toys and Games. Nobody tells the first-time buyer where the real line is, when a cheap drone is fine, when it is a mistake, and what the law actually requires before you spray. So we did.

How We Evaluate

  1. Match the tier to the job. Acreage and dependency decide whether you belong in the Amazon tier or the dealer tier. Getting that wrong is the expensive mistake, so we fix it before any brand talk.
  2. Read listings like a skeptic. Category, seller name, verified-owner history, and whether specs look copied all reveal how much support stands behind a marketplace drone.
  3. Price the system, not the sticker. Batteries, chargers, and field power are not optional on a real drone. We flag drone-only prices for what they are.
  4. Respect the law. A drone that is not on the FAA approved agricultural UAS list is a harder path to legal spraying, and we weigh that as a real cost.

Every recommendation is built from marketplace listings, authorized-dealer quotes, manufacturer specifications, university extension economics, and public FAA guidance. We do not accept payment for placement, and rankings do not change based on commission rates. When a listing looks like a relabeled toy, we say so. When we have not flown a drone ourselves, we say that plainly, and we do not manufacture testing claims. This is buying guidance, not aviation, legal, or agronomic advice.

How We Make Money

Affiliate commissions. When you buy through a link on this site, the retailer pays us a percentage and your price does not change. On Amazon that is the Amazon Associates program. For dealer-tier drones we route to manufacturer and dealer programs. Two commitments behind that: rankings never change based on commission rates, and we would rather point you at the cheaper drone that fits than the pricier one that does not.
